    • CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES 🍓 🍫 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 1 pack fresh strawberries rinsed and completely dry Melt chocolate by creating a double boiler Add some water to a medium saucepan Place a heat proof bowl on the saucepan Make sure the water is not touching the bottom of bowl Add chocolate On low heat let the chocolate melt keep mixing When most of chocolate has melted turn off heat Mix until smooth Pour melted chocolate in a small deep bowl Dip the strawberries coating well. Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place in fridge for about 15 minutes to set. Keep refrigerated

    • Air Fry ASIAN GLAZED SALMON & STICKY RICE I’ve been trying to use more of my Air Fryer. This was gifted to me and I’m getting the hang of it. I picked up a large fillet of salmon from Costco. Portioned it and made this easy light marinade for the fish over sticky Jasmin rice. It came together so quickly & kids loved it! 1 large fillet of salmon 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon chili paste 2 teaspoon fresh ginger/garlic 1 teaspoon honey Sesame seeds Spring onions Mix all marinade ingredients together. Spread the marinade evenly over fish. Lightly spray air fryer basket. Place all fish pieces in the basket. Air Fried on 360 for 15 minutes. FOR THE RICE 1 cup Jasmin Rice 1 1/4 cup water To make sticky rice I only rinsed the rice once to keep some of that starch. I did not soak this rice. Bring rice and water to boil on high. Turn flame low, cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
